We have really enjoyed. From the location from the space in the rooms and the surroundings. The design of the hotel is very impressive. Colors tailored to the area. The meals are very varied and delicious.

Great hotel, hotel staff, everyone is great, attentive to requests and responsive. Indicates in particular the courtesy of the dining room manager. The atmosphere is pleasant, both yoga and photography are interesting activities. There is a feeling of generosity and abundance, in refreshments and drinks throughout the day.

Overall it was excellent but from such a luxury hotel one would have expected slippers and bathrobes to be distributed to guests and a service given even in less prestigious hotels. There was also a group of guests standing in the hallway outside our room and making loud noises. One would have expected the hotel to have a hand on the pulse on the subject.

There is no connection between the guests and the activities. For example, it was not known that one should sign up for dinner or a wine workshop. The range of activities is quite wave

The hotel is cozy, sometimes the distance is large from the entrance especially when it is raining and there is no shelter. Accommodation conditions are not generous, payment for use of the spa, while the pool can not be used due to weather conditions, no refreshments available during the day and evening, meaning light refreshments of tea and coffee in the lobby. Other than that we enjoyed the vacation.

The rooms are dark. Understanding the desire for romance but also romantics need to shave, read or look for something in a suitcase. Must improve, otherwise the hotel is remembered as dark, which is a shame

The hotel is of a high standard ... but two things to improve 1. The mattress is too soft. I had a hard time sleeping in it at night.2. We requested a double mattress and we received separate mattresses, we found out late in the evening

In my opinion the staff is unprofessional, this is mainly reflected in the young and apparently unprofessional waiters and service people.

The service at the hotel is exceptional from the security guard at the entrance, Abel Boys and the reception staff, continuing with the pool staff and waiters to the dining room and lobby staff. Well done we enjoyed very much

In my opinion the coffee / tea stand in the room should be improved. More generously .. it is worthwhile to map the charming artefacts displayed throughout the hotel with the artist's name for example various ceramic works etc .. We really enjoyed the holiday

The pool was small and we could not go in and swim at a terrible density. It is worth noting the VP Eilat Shachar, Sharina and Michael who worked days and nights for the benefit of hotel guests.

צריך להשקיע בתחזוקה כל הזמן.בחדר שהיינו ציר דלת ארון המקרר התפרק וכנ``ל חזית המדף התחתון בחדר השרותים. דלתות החדרים הגלויות לשמש חייבות לעבור צביעה מדי שנה.

המלון מקסים, החדר נעים, השירות מצויין. בשל מגבלות הקורונה ציפיתי לקצת פינוקים בארוחת בוקר... מכונת קפה בחדר היתה יכולה לתת הרגשה של פינוק, או מאפה חם.
